A 16.5 megapixel camera lens for a mobile phone is
designed. The lens consists of 3 plastic aspheric lenses, one glass spheric lens and an infrared glass filter. CMOS
OV16850 with a pixel size of 1.12 micrometers
from Omni Vision is used as an image sensor. The lens has an effective focal length
of 4.483 mm, a F-number of 2.50, a field-of-view
(FOV) of 76.2 degree, and a total length of 5.873 mm. The maximum distortion
of the lens is less than 2.0%. The minimum value of all field relative illumi...

Objective: The
purpose of this survey is to investigate the university students’ face
infections with Demodex, and explore the
possible factors of Demodex infections. Methods: On this survey, the following
pressure method is adopted. The operator has used sterilized thumb against the client
part of the facial skin, observing mites under microscopy. Results: The results
of the survey for the total Demodex infection rate were 32.50%. Demodex folliculorum infection rate was
39.49%, Demode...

This paper argues
the urgent need to address the issue of Gender, and Migration. We have got the
same perspectives in South Asian Literature and Movies that we need to come out

A study on the Water Quality Index (WQI) has been conducted among 11 rivers
in Penang Island, Malaysia from October 2012
to January 2013. The water quality status of rivers was classified based
on the Interim National Water Quality Standard (INWQS) for Malaysia. The six water
quality parameters used to determine the water quality index are dissolved oxygen
(DO), biological oxygen demand (BOD), chemical oxygen demand (COD), total suspended solid (TSS),
ammonia and pH value. Based on the WQI asses...

Field experiment
was conducted in 2014 to test the efficacy of different organic amendments on
the control of root-knot nematode (Meloidogyne spp.). The different materials are sole neem, sole poultry manure, and a combination
of neem and poultry manure. Neem was applied at the rate of 160 g per plot,
poultry manure was applied at the rate of 1120 g per plot, combination of neem
and poultry manure was applied at 1280 g per plot and Furadan was applied at 1 ...

Mathematics is an interesting subject for some people, but for others are borings. The objective of this small paper is to stimulate Senior High school students’ scientific knowledge, when using the mathematical formula of circumference to determine longitude of universe and area in the Big Bang, as well as to introduce Cristosoles [1] numbers and antilogarithms. The paper shows a clear way to use simple mathematical formulas to determine the measure of the universe, besides relating the Cristos...

Hydrometallurgical recycling of lead from zinc plant residue which occurs
at leaching plant has been investigated. After determination of optimum
parameters in the brine leaching stage, the pregnant solution was proposed on
cementation process by Aluminum powder and parameters (time, temperature,
initial pH of solution, initial lead content of solution, Al:Pb fraction,
stirring velocity) were investigated and optimized.

Individual neurological complication caused by Herpes simplex viruses in neonates
is well-known. We report neonatal Herpes encephalitis that caused multiple neurological
complications in the same patient during acute phase of illness. Our patient differs
from previously reported cases in the following ways: 1) Late onset neonatal presentation;
2) Development of multiple neurologic complications during acyclovir therapy; 3)
Cesarean-section did not prevent perinatal transmission of Herpes simplex...
