Site-directed mutagenesis refers to a man-made molecular biology method that
is used to make genetic alterations in the DNA sequence of a gene of interest. But
based on our recently published experimental findings, we propose that “natural
site-directed mutagenesis” might exist in eukaryotic cells, which is triggered by
harmful agents and co-directed by special transcription hotspots and mutation-contained
intranuclear primers.

A symmetric hybrid linear multistep method for direct solution of general
third order ordinary differential equations is considered in this paper. The
method is developed by interpolation and collocation approach using a
combination of power series and exponential function as basis function. The
consistency, stability, order and error constant of the method were determined.
The results showed that the method is consistent, zero stable and of order five
with low error constant. The accuracy compa...

This paper focuses on the duplex stainless steel processability and
presents many practical technological approaches which are applied in many steel
companies on how to improve the processability. First, take into consideration an
appropriate hot working temperature; second, make sure cooling rate higher than
15℃/s; and third, conduct annealing treatment before delivery.

It is a conclusion by comparing Dun Huang “Fu Xing Jue Zang Fu Yong Yao
Fa Yao” and “Shang Han Za Bing Lun”: The main difference of similar
prescriptions is dosage, but, dosage relates to length, capacity and weight.
Therefore it is important to research length, capacity and weight for revealing
the regular pattern of Dun Huang ancient prescriptions. It lays the foundation
of discussing of the dosage strategies of the Chinese prescriptions during of

We study structureless reefs of the mainland and island coastlines of
Vietnam. It is shown that this type of reefs has stable species composition and
community structure, like in similar bionomic zones in conventional reefs. They
are characterized by high species diversity, including more than a third of all
reef-building scleractinian of the Pacific. Non-structural reefs are
characterized by the same trophic relations of the inner and outer parts of the
reef, from the standpoint of a clear sche...
