As a result, companies are turning to innovative approaches to stay competitive. This study employs a comprehensive review of existing literature on AI-powered recruitment tools, exploring the extent to which recruiters leverage these tools in the hiring process. The research methodology involved in-depth interviews with HR experts from various industry organizations in Bahrain, who shared their subjective experiences with AI-powered recruitment tools, including perceived benefits and challenges.
