This research focuses on the external publicity strategy of Qilu Collection, aiming to provide innovative ideas and feasible solutions for the international communication of Qilu culture. By constructing a digital platform integrating deep learning technology, and leveraging its advantages in translation and cultural connotation mining, new paths for the external publicity of Qilu Collection are explored. The study reveals the new opportunities that this platform brings to the external publicity of Qilu Collection, helps enhance the international influence of Qilu culture, and contributes new ideas to the field of digital dissemination of cultural heritage.
